The CEI Cooperation Activities are projects of small scale and limited duration, which mainly take the form of seminars, workshops, short training courses or other kinds of meetings. They are financed out of the CEI Cooperation Fund to which all Member States contribute, through annual calls for proposals.
The CEI Cooperation Activities are organised by institutions of CEI Member States to implement the priorities set by the CEI Plan of Action.
- Call for Proposals 2024

Public and private institutions registered in a CEI Member State, NGOs/CSOs as well as international organisations, are invited to apply to the CEI Cooperation Fund, which is financed by annual contributions of all CEI Member States, for innovative actions favouring mobility and networking. Proposals need to focus on capacity building by transferring and sharing know-how.
The overall indicative budget of this Call for Proposals is 442,000 EUR (four hundred forty-two thousand Euro) and is subdivided as follows:
CEI Thematic Agenda: Up to 252,000 EUR (two hundred fifty-two thousand Euro). An additional amount of up to 90,000 EUR (ninety thousand Euro) will be made available for co-financing proposals – within the ones submitted under this segment – that meet, over the evaluation phases, with the requirements set for CEI Flagship Events (Section 5.4. of the Call for Proposals).
