Under the title “Fresh Thinking for Competitive Economy in CEI”, the gathering will witness the participation of the Prime Ministers and Ministers of Economy or their representatives of all the CEI Member States. On top of the Agenda: European integration and improved cooperation and competitiveness in the CEI area in the time of economic crises.

Several Prime Ministers, Deputy Prime Ministers and Ministers of Economy have already confirmed their participation. Top ranking participants from various international and regional organisations and international financial institutions, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), the World Bank, the Adriatic and Ionian Initiative (AII), the Organization for the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC), will also participate, as well as the European Commission, which is a traditional special guest in the CEI high-level events.
